COF Requirements

To be eligible for the College Opportunity Fund, students must meet the following requirements set by The Bill and Carol Latimer Charitable Foundation:

 

  • Strong preference is given to persons who have graduated from high school or home school programs located in Obion, Weakley or Lake Counties.
  • Students must be law abiding citizens who are honest and trustworthy.
  • Students must be and remain drug free. The use of all tobacco products is prohibited.
  • Students must be enrolled full time in an accredited school pursuing a degree, diploma, or certificate of completion.
  • Students must have filled out and submitted a form for FAFSA*
